Who is this cooking course for
This cooking course is taught in English and takes place at our beautiful cooking location in the centre of Eindhoven.
The course consists of 5 lessons and is especially intended for the cooking enthusiast who wants to push his or her boundaries in the kitchen. This course will increase your skills and insights in the kitchen. We will start with the basics. We will pay a lot of attention to the foundations of various preparation techniques such as cooking, roasting, grilling, poaching and stewing. We will also teach you a number of cutting techniques that can be useful when, for instance, preparing vegetables. We especially want to encourage you to experiment, both with techniques and with the use of fresh ingredients. Ultimately, you will prepare the most delicious dishes yourself. In a short time, we will teach you the tricks of the chef's trade.
In addition to cooking, it is also very enjoyable to be busy together in the kitchen. You meet nice people and make new (cooking)friends who also live/work in the Eindhoven area.
We start each lesson at exactly 18:00 with a snack and a drink. After this, we will discuss the theory of the lesson based on the information you received from us by email. Then we will work together in the kitchen to create a nice menu that ties in with the theory. We end with coffee and chocolates at 22:30.
